More than a Screw Driver

For me, no object is just an object, each – whether a screwdriver, a wasp nest, a chair or a roller skate – has a story to tell, one that reflects who we are and who we are becoming as a culture. Through the poetic connections I make between objects, I transform old “things” and say that we, as human beings, also have the opportunity to transform ourselves. In my world, the Screw Driver Gals refuse to be screwed.
