Incompetent Rulers

Incompetent Rulers at the Ag Center studio, Mill Spring, NC, 2011 is composed of things that no longer have a practical function. Folding rulers no longer measure, instead they become miniature chairs. Larger chairs made from croquet mallets, piano hammers and tennis rackets sit on the floor below. Hanging on the wall above are images of another type of incompetent ruler.
